		<description>The connector tool was really tough.  It was very tricky figuring out how to make sure the orthogonal line would route around other shapes on the stage correctly.  I definitely stand by pair programming as a methodology that worked well in this instance.</description>

		<description>&lt;a&gt;Critical look at some pair programming research&lt;/a&gt;.  I did it once, and found it was like writing with the "Spell as you type" option connected to an air horn.  I prefer code reviews (plus they have documented positive effects on development).</description>
