Dear LaszyWeb,

Do you have any recommendations for email only hosting providers for my small business? My requirements include:
- Ability to create discussion lists
- Ability to create email newsletters, including the option to sign up people from a form on our web site. We need to be able to sign people up without having them confirm so that we can move several hundred emails off of our old email newsletter system.
- IMAP, webmail, etc
- Auto responder email addresses
